2.GET INFORMED
During your first meeting, our team will explain to you the different delivery and returns packages as well as provide you with all pricing information for every item you are interested. Here, we will answer every question and clarify all details you may have regarding the beverages at your event.

3.Booking confirmation
If you choose our services, we will proceed with confirming your booking, provided availability. At this stage a deposit of €500 will be collected which will be deducted from your final balance upon settlement. Availability may only be an issue if you choose both our delivery and on-the-day returns service. To avoid any last minute rush we suggest booking confirmation is done 4-6 months prior to the event, especially for weddings.

4.CHOOSE
Between 2 to 3 weeks before your event date, we will contact you to set an appointment in which all event details are revised and the list of items in their respective quantities are discussed and confirmed. We will assist you in both the choice and volumes required.

5. CELEBRATE
Following order confirmation, we liaise directly with the venue, event organiser, best man, or any designated contact to coordinate all logistical requirements. As an alternative to our delivery service, clients may also opt to collect their order directly from our stores. Enjoy your event seamlessly with the perfect bar setup.

After the event, our delivery person will do a stock take with someone on your behalf and collect any unused bottles that are in good condition for re-sale. This means that for an item to be eligible to be returned it must be sealed and not chilled. Alternative to our delivery person collecting the returns the same day of the event, you can opt to return the bottles yourself within 2 days of the event.

7. Settlement
Lastly, after our team issues the credit note to your account, settlement of final balance is expected within 3-5 days of the event.

FAQ
Yes, returns of unused items are accepted, provided they are in resalable condition. Items must be returned exactly as delivered, meaning sealed and not chilled. In the case of mineral water and beers, products must also remain sealed within their original cases.
Yes, we offer multiple delivery options: Full Service Delivery (€330 excl. VAT): Includes delivery, same-day collection of returns, and an on-call contact throughout the event in case additional stock is required. One-Way Delivery (€150 excl. VAT): Includes delivery only. Returns must be brought back to our stores within two (2) days. Store Collection: Orders may be collected directly from our stores, with returns also brought back within two (2) days. No delivery charges apply.
Payment must be settled within three (3) days following the event. Late payments may incur additional charges unless otherwise agreed with management.
There is no need to worry about quantities. Based on our experience, we calculate expected consumption and typically add an additional buffer of approximately one-third to ensure sufficient stock. We also guide clients on product selection, taking into account current trends, preferences closer to the event date, and budget considerations.
We recommend confirming bookings approximately three (3) months prior to the event. For weddings during peak months (April to September), we advise booking five to six (5–6) months in advance, particularly if opting for our delivery service.
We stock thousands of brands and offer a wide range of wines, spirits, beers, and soft drinks to suit all budgets. Product availability is rarely an issue.
Yes. We will supply the required spirits and beverages and prepare a separate order for the cocktail bar to distinguish it from the main bar. The cocktail list and required quantities must be provided by the party managing the cocktail bar.
Upon delivery, we coordinate with the wedding organiser, venue manager, or any designated contact person to conduct a stock take and confirm that all items are received in good condition.
If you opt for the full service delivery package, we will coordinate with the designated contact to perform a final stock take and collect unused, resalable items at the end of the event.
For clients using our full service option, an on-call contact number will be provided. Any additional items required during the event will be delivered accordingly.
